Make friends and have fun at Brighton’s “Friendship Factory” this summer! Our summer camp program focuses on providing elementary and high school students with fun, engaging play-based opportunities to learn and practice important friendship and social skills in a summer camp environment.
Through sports, games, interactive activities and role plays, social skills lessons and real-time coaching will focus on creating positive interactions with peers in 5 key friendship-building areas:
- – Conversation Skills
- – Cooperative Play Skills
- – Friendship Management Skills
- – Self-Regulation
- – Conflict Management
The summer program is designed so that the weeks build on skills learned in the previous weeks, but are structured in a way that each week’s skills can stand alone. Activities will include a variety of sports & outdoor games; arts & crafts; music and baking.
