Elementary After School Clubs:
Brighton’s own crafty and creative teachers give participants weekly themed challenges to create a variety of structures using different types of building materials, both large and small, including cardboard bricks, life-size fort-making kits, Lego, wood, connector straws, boxes, parachutes and pool noodles! Master a new and fun challenge every week while stretching your imagination and
developing creative thinking and problem solving skills!
This exciting painting class is designed for our Elementary students and facilitated by an artist from the Canadian Contemporary School of Art. It develops students’ creativity and enjoyment of painting through get-your-hands-dirty activities! Students will explore the essential components of painting while learning key concepts, including art history, colour theory, composition, forms, shapes, lines, angles and more.
Secondary After School Clubs:
Do you like to sing? Do you like to dance? If you said ‘Yes’, then this club is for you! In true show-choir fashion, students will be learning to sing hit songs together with easy and fun choreography. The Glee Club will present their musical creations at our school assemblies and our year
end Showcase in June!
